Incredibly robust, the thick, encapsulated base means you can keep a rolling boil for a long time without the contents sticking. The large, open top means that jam, marmalade or chutney has a big surface area so liquid can evaporate quickly, speeding up the whole process and the inside of the pan is graduated to make life easier when measuring out.
A pouring spout and metal handle make for easy transfer and comfortable lifting. It is great for soup and stock too.
Comes with a jar lifter, splint and a jar funnel.
